Instructions:
1) Sign on to BKBerry.com from a computer. ( Payments can be accepted
over a phone browser)
2) To find out your IMEI #, dial *#06# on your phone.
3) Fill out form below. Please
be sure to specify the service provider that the phone is restricted
to. (ie: if the phone only accepts T-mobile sim cards, choose T-mobile.)
(If the service provider does not match the model, you will be refunded
through paypal, but a handling fee of $5.00 U.S. will be withheld.
4) If you do not have a paypal account, you can create one for free. It
is the safest way for people to make purchases online.
5) You will receive your unlock code within 24 business hours via email.
